The Insightlink 360° Survey

The standard Insightlink 360° survey is designed to assess behavior across 9 skill sets that represent the primary contributors to success at most organizations.

These skill sets are:

• Communication
• Accountability
• Leadership
• Creativity
• Problem Solving
• Managing People
• Managing Worlflow
• Building Relationships
• Customer Service

Within each of these skill sets, the survey includes between 4 and 8 specific attribute ratings. The more specific the attributes, the more direct action can be designed to optimize strengths and to improve on areas of weakness.

Each survey also includes two open-ended questions that are designed to provide useful direction to each subject on the areas where they perform well and on recommendations for improvement. By combining quantitative results from both the subject and his or her raters and the open-ended feedback, the Insightlink 360° survey provides an effective and action-oriented view of each subject's recent performance.

The Insightlink 360° Report

The Insightlink 360° report is an easy-to-read summary of each subject's results, designed to highlight the similarities and differences between how subjects view themselves and how those around them perceive them.

Each report also includes a brief summary of the Insightlink 360° approach, straightforward guidelines for interpreting the results and recommendations for action planning.
